- Organizing files, documents, and records
- Responding to emails or forwarding inquiries
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- Reporting progress to supervisors
- Communicating clearly with team members
- Education Requirements: High School
- Level of Experience Requirements: None
- Basic construction knowledge (materials, tools, building methods)
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA basics)
- Understanding of measurement and layout tools
- Basic knowledge of construction software
