Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Transporting crushed rock, sand, gravel, broken concrete, debris, broken asphalt, etc. to and from specified locations. Verifying the types of materials being transported and ensuring that materials are loaded
- Transporting Heavy Equipment such as dozers, excavators, rollers, attachments, etc. Verifying all types of equipment being transported are properly tied down.
- Inspect Trucks/Tractors/Trailers before and after every trip or as required by management.
- Maintain Accurate Driver Logs.
- Maintain proper documentation per regulatory requirements for transport and disposals.
- Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- Valid Class A/B Commercial Driver’s License.
- Valid Medical Examiners Certificate – must pass DOT physical
- Good Driving Record
- Proven Experience operating tractor/trailers, dump trucks, walking floor trailers, etc.
- Working Knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations.
- Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.
- Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry‑standard software.
- Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information.
- Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
