We need someone dependable, welcoming, and ready to take the lead in making great first impressions—because the first person a customer talks to sets the tone for the whole experience!
Requirements:This Role Is for You If You Love To:
- Be the friendly voice that greets every caller
- Answer questions with confidence and kindness
- Direct calls like a switchboard superhero
- Keep things organized, tidy, and running smoothly
- Help customers (and teammates) feel supported and heard
You’ve Got the Skills If You:
- Have experience in customer service or receptionist roles
- Know your way around MS Office and phone systems
- Stay calm and kind even when things get busy
- Are a great listener and clear communicator
- Can juggle tasks like a pro while staying organized
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
You must be dependable and committed to working weekends. Reliability is key—we’re counting on you to be the anchor that holds down the fort every Saturday and Sunday!
High school diploma preferred, and retail experience is a bonus.
This is a seated position, but it’s never boring—you’ll stay engaged with customers, support the team, and keep things running behind the scenes.
