Hours:                       Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:30pm 

Job Summary: The responsibility of the BES Assembler is to perform manual labor along the BES production line using a variety of hand and air powered tools, fixtures, work instructions, torches and testing equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and braze units per customer’s specifications. Industrial HVAC Assemblers may perform repairs and rework to units, and pack units for shipping as necessary. Electrical will also be a part of this opportunity, as the recipient will be training in how to wire electrical panels for HVAC units.

Requirements:  

• Experience in Brazing or Welding
• Follows work instructions (Blueprints, CAPPS books, SOP’s and HMI’s) to assemble a variety of HVAC units in production area
• Operates assembly related equipment such as hand, manual tork, and air powered tools 
• Operates End of Line testing equipment to ensure units are assembled correctly 
• Ensures that time, material and wastage is minimized on the production line
• Cooperates with team members to assist in reaching SINEW  
• Operating label printers
• Work on other duties as assigned

Preferred:

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in welding or brazing
• Experience utilizing work instructions to assemble production units
• Knowledge of 5S
• 609 C EPA Certification
• Knowledge of LEAN principles

The budgeted range for this role is $20USD - $23 USD per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the desired level of experience for the position.
