Service Cashier  (Part-Time)

  What You'll Do

• Assist with answering incoming calls, checking in guests for service appointments, and internal billing procedures.
• Assists Service Manager with Accounts Receivable, including contacting insurance companies and guests for payment.
• Assist with onsite accounting needs.
• Prepare bills for guests and insurance companies.
• Process payments from guests and insurance companies.
• Respond promptly to incoming communications with assistance of the Service Manager as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Rotating Saturdays 7:00am to 1:00pm)
Hourly pay: $17.00 per hour 

  What We're Looking For

• Cashier experience is required
• Previous administrative experience preferred 
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Active listening skills
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
