Qualifications
n Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
n On track for licensure preferred.
n Proficiency with Revit (especially adapting to varying client workflows), AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.
n Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Enscape, Miro, and OneNote is a plus.
n Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 6-7 years preferred, in restaurant or hospitality-based projects
Essential Skills And Responsibilities
n Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively, backed by strong technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, millwork detailing and consultant coordination
n Act as primary day-to-day technical and production lead, under guidance and mentorship from a project manager/lead, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
n Support project managers in maintaining schedule, deliverables, and team alignment
n Participation in the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as a member of a project team
n Independently develop technical drawings for coordination and review by senior staff including millwork, core and shell coordination, and integration of complex kitchen and MEP systems
n Experience with fast-paced, technical projects including experience in kitchen, MEP-FP and structural coordination.
n Experience with detailing ground-up building core and shells is a plus.
n Strong organizational skills
n Conduct site surveys, code analysis, and ensure compliance with accessibility and local jurisdictional requirements
n Prepare design development and construction document packages with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendors

- The base salary will be estimated to be between $72,000 - $86,000 contingent on relevant experience plus variable bonus and benefits.
