Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and selections to enhance their shopping experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills, including cash management and basic math calculations.
• Process sales using retail software systems and perform loan processing when applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales events, and store policies to inform and assist customers effectively.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked to promote a positive shopping environment.
• Support team members in achieving sales goals through collaborative efforts and proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
• Basic math skills including retail math, 10 key typing proficiency, and cash handling expertise.
• Knowledge of financial services or banking products is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems enhances your effectiveness in this role.
