- Provide detailed estimates of repair costs and time frames.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication between customers and service technicians throughout the service process.
- Process payments and handle necessary documentation with accuracy.
- Promote additional services or repairs when appropriate, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Proficient with computer systems and software used for scheduling and service documentation.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
