What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process from write-up to delivery.
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
- Provide proactive updates and set clear expectations with customers.
- Review completed repairs, explain invoices, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed CSI and productivity goals.
What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics)
- Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Achieve effective labor hours (ELH) and sales targets.
- Demonstrate consistent repair order accuracy and minimal comebacks.
- Build repeat business through trust, follow-up, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Chevrolet or GM experience a plus)..
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a desire to keep learning.
- Valid driver’s license and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
