We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our growing team at Bergin College of Canine Studies and Paws for Purple Hearts in Canyonville, Oregon. This full-time HR Manager will be a key player in supporting our staff and ensuring efficient and effective HR operations across both organizations. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and laws. The HR Manager will be responsible for handling various HR functions including record-keeping, benefits administration, compliance with state and federal laws, Title IX, and staff training. The minimum education required is a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. We are seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of five years HR experience, preferably in a non-profit or college setting.
