Summary:
The Service Lane Attendant helps keep the service lane clear, answers phone, sets appointment, picks up and delivers vehicles and assist service advisors.
Location: Bergey's Ford- Ambler, PA
Shift: Full Time
Essential Duties:
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Schedules service appointments.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
- Keeps service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date.
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
- Picks up and delivers vehicles
- Keeps work area clean.
- Other tasks as assigned
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
