Location: Bergey’s Chevrolet- Plymouth Meeting, PA
Shift: Part Time (Saturday 7:30a-3p)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize customer files.
- Maintain confidential customer and company information.
- Track Inventory stock and inbound vehicles.
- Prepare inventory folders.
- Establish and maintain strong relations with our accounting, sales, and managers.
- Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end folders.
- Maintain professional demeanor and appearance, as well as keep work area organized.
- Employee may be required to perform other job duties as assigned.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company s Values in all interaction’s coworkers, vendors.
- Ensure all car deals are ready to go to the accounting office
- Verify payoffs and insurance coverage for car deals
- Assist all finance personnel throughout the day with phone calls and customers
- Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
- Verify bank approval on financed and leased deals
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
- Must be able to work well on your own
- All other task assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
