Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Shop Foreman to support daily shop operations while assisting with supplemental estimates, final billing accuracy, quality control, and parts management. This role will also help mentor co-op students and support technicians throughout the repair process to ensure efficiency, quality workmanship, and an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Bergey's Detailer Center- Colmar, PA
Essential Duties:
- Assist with creating and managing supplemental repair estimates
- Help review and finalize repair charges for accuracy and completeness
- Provide hands-on support to technicians throughout the repair process
- Mentor and assist multiple co-op students in a shop environment
- Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs
- Assist with touch-up work as needed to maintain repair quality standards
- Support parts inventory management and receiving processes
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop environment
- Work closely with production staff to ensure timely vehicle delivery
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Possess a valid Body Shop Estimators license for the state of PA
- Minimum 3 years of current collision estimating experience is required
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
