- Coordinate roofing projects from start to finish.
- Order roofing materials and ensure they arrive on schedule.
- Communicate with homeowners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Schedule crews and monitor project timelines.
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Resolve project issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate job records and project updates.
Qualifications
- Previous project management or roofing industry experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with computers and common office software.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
