Securities Attorney
We are seeking to expand our Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with at least eight years of experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures, including in connection with so-called “506(b)” offerings. We seek a candidate with strong academic credentials and prior work experience who has served as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures.
