What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Law Attorney position at Berger Singerman LLP?
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with at least six years of experience in environmental transactional work, regulatory compliance, and permitting matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with transactional support and due diligence, environmental assessments and liability issues, wetlands and coastal permitting, complex land use projects, air quality matters, hazardous materials contamination, and compliance and enforcement cases.
