Berger Singerman is seeking to expand its Corporate and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified and accomplished first-chair attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate law. This role involves leading sophisticated transactions in collaboration with seasoned colleagues dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for clients across the U.S. and globally. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment, strong organizational capabilities, and excellent time management skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a book of business.
