- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vermont office, including phones, visitors, and general inquiries.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, mail, deliveries, and vendors.
- Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, and general office needs.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with office events.
- Maintain organized office files, records, and shared spaces.
- Provide general administrative support to employees and leadership.
- Assist with preparation and organization of tax documents.
- Enter and maintain tax-related data accurately.
- Track tax documents and outstanding information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Tax team, particularly during tax season.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or similar role.
- Familiarity with income tax returns preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for maintaining strong, professional client relationships.
- Strong computer skills to navigate the latest financial tools and technology.
