JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services according to established procedures.
- Inspect and adjust tire pressure as needed to support vehicle performance and safety.
- Perform tire rotations on customer vehicles to ensure even tire wear.
- Conduct multi-point inspections following GM standards on automotive vehicles.
- Effectively communicate to the Quick Lube Advisors about any recommendations for additional vehicle servicing(s) based on the multi-point inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide customers with a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Must adhere to shop safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.
- Compensation - $16.00 - $17.00 (depending on experience), yearly longevity bonus.

- High school diploma or GED
- Prefer prior basic vehicle mechanical experience.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and coachability skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
- Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and efficient.
- Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver’s license.
