Role Description
The Construction Inspector role is a full-time, on-site position located in Honolulu, HI. The primary responsibilities include performing thorough site inspections to ensure quality control, monitoring construction processes, and verifying compliance with project plans and specifications. The Construction Inspector collaborates with project teams, evaluates materials and workmanship, and ensures that all safety and environmental regulations are adhered to throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Site Inspections and Inspection processes
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices and the ability to ensure compliance with standards
- Experience with Asphalt materials and applications in construction
- Solid knowledge of Construction Management principles and methods
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential construction issues or risks
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with project teams
- Prior experience with Hawaii building codes and regulations is a plus
