Role Description
This full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager role is based in Honolulu, HI. The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of construction projects by actively assisting in project planning, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and expediting processes. Responsibilities will include conducting and overseeing inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders to meet project goals effectively and on time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management with the ability to oversee schedules, scope, and resources.
- Knowledge of Inspection methodologies to assess project compliance and quality.
- Proven skills in Logistics Management for effective planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Relevant experience or certifications in construction management or related disciplines preferred.
