Role Description The Chanel Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Bergdorf Goodman in New York, NY. This role is responsible for overseeing the Chanel business within the store, including sales performance, client development, and overall brand presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching the Chanel sales team, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to drive revenue, client loyalty, and repeat business. The manager partners closely with Chanel and internal Bergdorf Goodman teams on merchandising, visual standards, product training, and special events to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and luxury service expectations. The role also involves scheduling, performance feedback, resolving client issues, and maintaining an elevated, inclusive environment that reflects the standards of both Bergdorf Goodman and Chanel.
