For the 2026 summer season, we are seeking an intern to join our Information Technology Department. This is an onsite in person position at our Panama City facility.
This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience while allowing you to contribute to our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of technical solutions, including assisting with API integration projects (e.g., OCR technologies).
- Contribute to ongoing development efforts within the company’s PHP-based platform (NOVA), including testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Assist with database-related tasks, including writing and optimizing basic SQL queries to support business needs.
- Support reporting efforts by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data for operational and project-related insights.
- Provide basic Service Desk support, including assisting with ticket resolution, troubleshooting user issues, and escalating as appropriate.
- Create and maintain clear, organized documentation for systems, processes, and project work to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or technical program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer software and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
