Berg-Feinfield Vision Correction is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Consultant / Physician Liaison to help grow our referral network, expand market presence, and increase surgical volume across key services including LASIK, cataract surgery, and refractive lens exchange.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow referral relationships with optometrists, primary care providers, and other strategic partners
- Develop and execute outreach strategies that increase awareness, referrals, and surgical volume
- Identify new business development opportunities and partnership channels in the Los Angeles market
- Work closely with surgeons and leadership to support practice growth initiatives
- Represent the practice professionally through field visits, events, and community outreach
- Track referral activity, pipeline progress, and outreach efforts using CRM tools such as HubSpot
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business development, physician liaison work, healthcare sales, or consulting
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and drive measurable growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in ophthalmology, optometry, healthcare, or medical aesthetics preferred
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot preferred
- Ability to independently manage a territory and visit multiple offices per day
