Berg Brewing Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Support team member to assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential to daily operations and includes both dishwashing and basic food preparation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen workspace
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients as directed)
- Take out trash and recycling and maintain waste areas
- Restock kitchen supplies and assist with inventory organization
- Support kitchen staff during service to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Dependable and punctual with a consistent work ethic
- Willingness to take direction and assist where needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 40 lbs
- Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
