Responsibilities: • Design intuitive and accessible user experiences, workflows, and interfaces across internal tools and applications supporting BWE's digital transformation initiatives. • Build responsive front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React,Vue) and styling tools that enhance user productivity and satisfaction. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions that improve business user adoption of technology solutions. • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Business Partners, and stakeholders to align UI/UX design with business goals and technical feasibility. • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to validate ideas and communicate designs effectively to technical and business audiences. • Maintain consistency with brand standards, accessibility requirements (WCAG), and design system principles across all user-facing applications. • Support BWE Launchpad initiative by contributing to unified digital experience design and user interface standards. • Partner with citizen developers to create user-friendly templates and design guidelines for business-user-created applications. • Research and evaluate emerging UX/UI technologies and design trends for potential application to BWE's internal tools and platforms. • Contribute to AI user experience design by creating intuitive interfaces for AI-powered tools and automation workflows. • Conduct a comprehensive user experience audit of BWE's internal tools and applications identifying pain points and improvement opportunities. • Design and implement user interface improvements for at least one high-impact internal application with measurable usability gains. • Establish a design system and component library that ensures consistency across BWE's internal applications and citizen development projects. • Partner with Business Partners to conduct user research sessions identifying workflow inefficiencies and technology adoption barriers. • Create user experience guidelines and training materials for citizen developers building business applications. • Research and recommend UX/UI tools and platforms that could enhance BWE's design capabilities and user experience consistency. • Develop accessibility testing framework ensuring all internal applications meet WCAG standards and inclusive design principles. • Design intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered tools and automation workflows that enhance user adoption and effectiveness. • Complete advanced training in emerging UX technologies, accessibility standards, or design methodologies relevant to enterprise applications. Minimum Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end engineering, or user experience design. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React preferred,Vue.js acceptable). • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects with documented workflow improvements and usability gains. • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar professional design software. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX research methodologies including user testing and design validation. • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility considerations. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong communication skills with ability to present design concepts to technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience designing enterprise applications or internal business tools for complex workflows. • Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and design token management. • Familiarity with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing protocols. • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. • Understanding of AI/ML user interface design patterns and human-AI interaction principles. • Experience in financial services or regulated industries with complex compliance and workflow requirements. • Advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
