Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Contract: 3 Months
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience across various business segments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and requests
Resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 customer issues and escalate when needed
Verify customer and account information accurately
Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Maintain logs, reports, and customer records
Track and follow up on customer issues to resolution
Support billing inquiries and coordinate issue resolution
Perform order processing and track requests using spreadsheets
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with data entry and navigating multiple systems
