The Admissions Associate serves within the Print & Digital Communications area of the Office of Admissions. The Associate will support the analysis of current Admissions communication flows and, under supervision of the Assistant Director of Print & Digital Communications, provide recommendations on how to improve student engagement across various platforms. This Associate will also assist with the brainstorming, development, and implementation of additional print and digital recruitment strategies informed by analytics and market research.

BereaCorps positions are grant-funded, one-year contract positions from June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027, with the possibility of a one year extension. The positions are only available to 2025 and May 2026 Berea graduates, that have completed all of their coursework by May 2026.

Description
The Admissions Associate serves within the Print & Digital Communications area of the Office of Admissions. Your Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of QR codes on admissions materials to inform student and advocate communications
- Maintain and organize analytics data, continuously comparing and providing results for recurring meetings
- Create and maintain visual performance reports from analytics data
- Participate in and contribute to team brainstorming and development of new print and digital content creation.
- Provide support in identifying print and digital communications which need updates and assist in maintaining team spreadsheets tracking progress.
- Perform keyword research and analysis for admissions recruiting tools such as driving website traffic, Google analytics, AI search engines, etc
- Create custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points
- Collaborate with Admissions Associate-Systems & Data Operations to incorporate ping data into digital engagement data.
- Monitor web ping and digital engagement data to provide relevant insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and support special Admissions initiatives.
- Collaborate with Admissions Associates to gather student stories from current student body for use in print and digital communications.
- Complete administrative tasks, duties and responsibilities (e.g. expense reports, email) in a timely manner while maintaining quality customer service
Education required to ensure success in this position:
- Bachelor’s Degree earned from Berea College within the last 2 years
- Applicants with degrees in Business, Computer Science or Communications will be well-matched
- Solid organizational skills
- Developed written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to engage information software systems
- Analyze data to identify trends & insights
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-through of projects and tasks
