Positions Available

Entry-Level Carpenter

• Some construction experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Journeyman/Experienced Carpenter

• 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Experience with framing, finish work, decks, remodels, and ADUs is highly desired

Lead Carpenter

• Proven experience managing projects and crews
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors

Requirements

✔ Must live in the Boise, Idaho area

✔ Must have reliable transportation

✔ Must own basic carpentry hand tools

✔ Must be dependable and punctual

✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Daily Responsibilities

• Framing walls, floors, roofs, and structures
• Building custom decks and outdoor living spaces
• Remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and whole homes
• Constructing ADUs from foundation through finish
• Installing doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and hardware
• Performing demolition, site prep, and punch-list work
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
