Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Account management and reconciliation including retail and wholesale deductions.
- Account analysis and reconciliation including cash accounts and corporate cards.
- Support freight cost and inventory tracking and analysis.
- Utilize Quickbooks software, Excel and Google apps for financial reporting and analysis.
- Transaction research as needed.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Associate degree in accounting or related experience is required.
- Task and detail oriented.
- Proven experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar industry preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience with wholesale and retail grocery and specialty customers preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team.

- Occasional movements include reaching, squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs, but they are not limited to these activities.
- Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive typing and writing tasks
