Manufacturing Operator - Rework

BEPC is actively looking for Manufacturing Operator – Rework, in Casa Grande, AZ area!

W2 Contract – 11 months with possible extensions!
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model: Onsite – 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Environment: This position may require working in a cleanroom environment and following applicable cleanroom procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as applicable.

Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered

Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Operator – Rework to join our client’s site in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role will support product rework activities to help ensure finished products are in compliance with Quality standards.

When rework activities are not required, this position will support other manufacturing processes, float between operation lines, and assist with additional tasks to help achieve Quality and Production goals.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products.
• Support the reworking of products to ensure finished products comply with Quality standards.
• Maintain records according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as required.
• Work in a clean-room environment, as required.
• Support other manufacturing processes when rework activities are not needed.
• Float between operation lines based on manufacturing needs.
• Assist with additional tasks to support Quality and Production goals.
• Perform assigned responsibilities under moderate supervision.

Main Qualifications: 

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to inspect, label, and package raw and finished products.
• Ability to maintain required records according to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work in a clean-room environment, as required.
• Ability to support different manufacturing processes and operation lines as needed.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision.
