Role Overview

BEPC Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to support our client’s aerospace integrated supply chain (ISC) operations. This role will focus on leading and optimizing supply chain projects, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP expertise, project leadership experience, and advanced data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee integrated supply chain (ISC) projects within an aerospace environment
• Assess project risks and issues, developing effective resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and delivery goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
• Develop and implement mechanisms to monitor project progress and performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Utilize SAP systems for supply chain processes, reporting, and analysis
• Create and manage Line of Balance (LOB) planning and reporting
• Analyze data using Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to support decision-making
• Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

• 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
• Strong SAP experience within supply chain operations
• Experience with Line of Balance (LOB) creation and management
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve issues effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
• Background in integrated supply chain (ISC) operations

• Pay Rate: $39.00- $42.67/hr
• Location: 1300 W Warner Rd., Tempe, AZ 85284
• Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote after training completion)
