We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Product Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of a Patient CRM product suite. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, integrating capabilities across Access Solutions, Population Health, and Customer Engagement, and ensuring successful delivery through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategic vision, execution excellence, and stakeholder leadership within healthcare or patient-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product management for Patient CRM solutions
- Define and execute product roadmaps, features, and release timelines
- Drive data-driven experimentation to improve product performance and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and IT
- Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product launches
- Align stakeholders and communicate product vision and value
- Mentor program and operations managers
- Gather user feedback and continuously enhance product capabilities
- Support integration across CRM, population health, and customer engagement platforms
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or related field
- 7 years of experience, including 5 years in product management or digital product operations
- Experience owning product strategy and execution from concept to delivery
- Strong experience with product roadmaps, feature planning, and timelines
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar)
- Knowledge of patient engagement and omnichannel strategies
- Experience driving innovation and experimentation
Contract Details
- Schedule: Standard 8-hour shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT)
- Work Model: Fully On-Site
- Interview Process: Two virtual rounds
- Pay Rate: $101.26/hour paid weekly
