Job Title: Electronics Test Technician – Aerospace
Location: Clearwater, FL (100% Onsite)

Role Overview: BEPC is seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to support a leading aerospace client's production team. In this hands-on role, you will conduct critical testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and mechanical components. You will play a key part in ensuring product quality and compliance with aerospace standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in electronics, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to aerospace innovations. This is a second-shift role requiring U.S. citizenship due to export compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical components and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions down to the component level.
- Repair, calibrate, and verify proper functioning of test equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation and test reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain high product standards.
Qualifications:Required:
- 2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic systems to the component level.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be a U.S. citizen (Export Control Requirement).
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field.
- Experience in the aerospace industry or with aerospace-grade testing standards.
- Familiarity with Time Work Bench or similar timekeeping systems.
- Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
Contract Details:
- Pay Rate: $25/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 2nd Shift
