General Description
- Support Hopewell site Plant services procurement
- Manage spend and savings for plant services in Hopewell
- Provide support for all stakeholders at Hopewell.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Mange documentation and contract loading into Agiloft.
- Responsible for following global Procurement processes and local purchasing activities in the Procure to Pay process. This includes both Direct and Indirect purchasing responsibilities.
- Support Hopewell site operation including support of Plant Manager, Global Procurement Project Lead, engineers, Quality Control, and MST departments.
- Actively involved in understanding supplier’s manufacturing capability, inventory strategy, business trends, etc. while executing strategies to improve raw material delivery performance.
- Manage invoice reconciliation calls, documentation, spreadsheet tracking and learning about procurement
