Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-oriented Client Development Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving BCW’s growth through proactive lead generation, strategic networking, and the management of referral relationships.
You’ll represent Benzor Capital Wealth in the marketplace, develop and maintain partnerships with Centers of Influence, and help guide prospective clients through the discovery process. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients aligned with BCW’s target profile through research, outreach, and referrals.
- Prospecting & Networking: Engage directly with potential clients and professional partners through personalized outreach, events, and relationship-building initiatives. Represent BCW in the community to enhance brand visibility and foster meaningful connections that align with our mission and growth goals.
- Referral Pipeline Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with Centers of Influence across diverse industries to support a consistent and well-managed referral pipeline.
- Discovery Meetings: Coordinate and participate in discovery meetings to uncover prospective clients’ goals, priorities, and financial planning needs.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with BCW’s leadership and advisory teams to track business development activity, manage CRM data, and contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in business development, financial services, or a client-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor and integrity in representing the BCW brand.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital outreach tools preferred.
