We are seeking a dependable, people-focused individual to join our customer service team at the counter.
- This position is for 25 to 30 hours per week.
- The ideal applicant will be able to open at 8:00 am some days and close at 6:00 pm on others.
- Two Saturday shifts per month from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm are required.
The 120 hours of paid training for this position may take place in Hamburg, Orchard Park and/or Lancaster.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome Customers Warmly – Be the first friendly face customers see and make every visit a positive experience.
- Manage Orders with Care – Check garments in and out, ensuring every item is handled accurately and respectfully.
- Use Our Digital Tools – Learn to use our software for tickets, tracking, and payments (no experience needed — we’ll train you).
- Keep Things Moving Smoothly – Maintain an organized workspace and help keep the flow of the store running efficiently.
