Benzel-Busch is seeking a few enthusiastic, self-motivated Technicians that are excited at this opportunity to join our award-winning team. Our low employee turnover rate and extremely long team tenure make this a rare opportunity. We are currently interviewing experienced technicians to join our award-winning Mercedes-Benz team. Benzel-Busch has been in operation since 1964 and was awarded the “Mercedes Benz Employee Choice Award”, an exclusive honor that only 20 Mercedes Benz dealerships in the United States can receive. With our rich history of success and growth, we are looking to expand our team. All skill level Certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians (A, B, C,) are needed and can start immediately.

What You’ll Do:

As an Automotive Technician you will work independently with support of highly skilled team members to diagnose orders and perform repairs in your special area. With great care and expert knowledge, and appreciation of the brand you’ll be expected to restore the function of our customer’s vehicle. Some of the tasks include but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing vehicle issues
• Perform complementary multi-point inspections
• Perform maintenance repairs
• Analyze customer concerns and symptoms to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions.
• Prepare repair plans outlining necessary repairs and estimated costs, obtaining customer authorization before proceeding.
• Test repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
• Document all repairs and parts used on service orders.
• May research technical information and consult with shop foreman to solve complex problems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diagnostic skills to properly diagnose using both basic and complex diagnostic steps. 
• The right candidate will possess knowledge of the structures, functions, and components of vehicles.
• Someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and communicates very well with team members.

Compensation

• $18 - $48 per hour, depending on experience and technician level
• Monday to Friday schedule with holidays and weekends if needed

SIGN-ON BONUS OPPORTUNITY

$2,500 - $10,000 BONUS AMOUNT BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Note: 50% paid after 90 days from the start date of employment, 50% balance paid after 180 days of employment
