Responsibilities
- Make a lawn look incredible — mow efficiently, stripe lawns, and trim clean edges
- Run some pretty cool equipment — mowers, skid loaders, plow trucks, snow blowers & more. We'll teach you.
- Know your way around a property — lawns, landscaping, plants, irrigation, snow removal & property care
- Take care of equipment — basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Master seasonal property care — spring, summer, fall & winter
- Handle a Minnesota winter — plow, run skid loaders, shovel & manage snow
- Build skills you'll use for life — including on your own property
- Be part of a crew — work hard, have fun, and take pride in what you accomplish

Qualifications
- 1 season lawn care preferred — not required, we'll train the right person
- Dependable & hardworking
- Positive & willing to learn
- Takes ownership & pride in quality work
- Comfortable outdoors & staying active
- Safety-minded & a good teammate
- Valid driver's license — preferred
- Winter availability — on-call during and after snowfalls
Benz Enterprises is a local, family-owned lawn care and property maintenance company.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
