Bentwater Yacht & Country Club is seeking a driven, mission-oriented PGA Professional to serve as our PGA Lead Instructor & Hard-goods Specialist. This individual will lead Player Development programming while overseeing hard-goods merchandising, sales and club fittings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, and relationship-builder who embodies our Club’s Mission.
Education/Training (or equivalent): H.S. Degree College Degree
College Degree Preferred
CPR certification required within 90 days of employment
Minimum Three (3) Golf Operations And Tournament Management Experience

Minimum Three (3) Golf Operations And Tournament Management Experience
- Technical or Administrative Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Sales and marketing experience with measurable results
- Experience with Operation 36 (preferred)
- Tech savvy with proficiency in teaching technology and digital booking platforms (PGA Coach required)
- Special Skills and Abilities and/or:
- Class A PGA Professional (or in active pursuit of membership)
- Ability to demonstrate strong public relations and communications skills.
Player Development Leadership
- Lead and grow all Player Development programming, including private instruction, group clinics, junior academies, and specialty programs
- Develop structured long-term coaching pathways for juniors and adults
- Implement and manage Operation 36 programming (experience preferred)
- Utilize PGA Coach as the primary booking and player engagement platform
- Track key performance metrics and drive measurable growth in lesson revenue and program participation
- Deliver high-level instruction supported by modern teaching technologies
- Oversee all hardgoods merchandising, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Conduct professional club fittings and custom club sales
- Drive retail revenue through strategic product selection, marketing, and member engagement
- Coordinate demo days and vendor events
- Maintain attractive and profitable retail displays aligned with Club standards
- Support daily golf operations as needed
- Act as Professional on Duty as needed
- Assist in tournament management and execution
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Head Golf Professionals to deliver seamless member events

Salary : $35,000 - $100,000
