Tired of corporate veterinary medicine? Bentonville Veterinary Specialists is a privately owned, surgeon-led startup opening Spring 2027. Full time specialists will join the owner, a board-certified surgeon, to serve the large referral community in the rapidly growing city of Bentonville, Arkansas. Located in the heart of the Ozarks, our new, state-of-the-art veterinary specialty hospital will be a referral hub for Northwest Arkansas that values clinical excellence, collaborator input, and doctor well-being.

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Certified-Eligible Veterinary Oncologist to join us at the very beginning of this exciting journey. We aren't just looking for an employee; we are looking for a future partner. This role includes a clear, defined pathway to equity ownership in the practice, allowing you to build long-term wealth as the hospital grows.

Set to open in Spring 2027, the premier specialty hospital will be a newly renovated 12,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, advanced diagnostic tools, and a collaborative environment designed to provide the highest level of care for pets and peace of mind for their families.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active veterinarian licensure or license-eligible to practice in the state of Arkansas
• A Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Oncology) or a residency-trained veterinarian eligible for board certification by 2027.
• Passion for building something new in a supportive, forward-thinking hospital environment.
• A partner and collaborator who wants to practice high-level medicine with excellence in a full-scale referral center.

• An 12,000 sq. ft. medical center including three surgical suites, a 64 slice CT with 3D reconstruction abilities, ultrasound, scope towers, digital radiography, and a full in-house laboratory.
