What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coordinator/Optometric Technician position at Bentonville Eye Care?
We are seeking a friendly and bright Patient Coordinator/Optometric Technician for our fast-paced optometry practice. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, ambitious, versatile, and exhibit excellent communication skills for trained tasks such as: welcoming patients to our clinic, answering telephone calls, verifying and filing insurance claims, discussing and ordering contact lenses, and working efficiently in a team environment.
An outgoing personality, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, multi-tasking, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are required. Previous experience in the medical field and/or in customer service is highly recommended. Prefer expierence in Optometric field, but not required.
