Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is clinically strong, adaptable, and grounded.
This role goes beyond traditional nursing. You will be an integral part of the patient experience—providing clinical care, supporting advanced therapies, and helping create a calm, regulated environment for healing.
This is an active, hands-on role. You are part of the care experience, not just supporting it.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Perform core nursing duties:
- Vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, O2 saturation)
- Medication and injection administration within scope
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Assist providers during patient visits
- Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
IV & Advanced Therapies
- Initiate and manage IV therapy
- Monitor patients during infusions and document vitals
- Support advanced modalities, including:
- EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation)
- Biocharger and other integrative therapies
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to protocols
Patient Experience
- Create a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment
- Provide emotional support during vulnerable or intensive treatments
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately
- Maintain professional boundaries while offering high-touch care
Operations & Support
- Assist with patient flow and scheduling coordination
- Triage calls and patient communications as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and ready treatment spaces
- Collaborate closely with providers and team members

Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (North Carolina)
- Clinical experience (outpatient, ER, urgent care, or similar preferred)
- Experience with IV therapy and patient monitoring
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in functional or integrative medicine
- Familiarity with ozone therapy, EBOO, or similar modalities
- Interest in holistic health, nervous system regulation, or mind-body medicine
