Job Summary:
This role combines responsibilities of maintaining cleanliness and order within the facilities and managing the parking lot to ensure safety, organization, and customer assistance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, deatail-oriented, and customer friendly.
Key Respondiblities:
Janitorial Duties:
Clean, sanitize, and maintain all interior ares including restrooms, lobbies, offices, and common spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and empty trash bins regularly.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Report maintenance issues or potential hazards promptly.
Perform light repairs or coordinate with maintenance as needed.
Lot Attendant Duties:
Monitor and manage parking lot to ensure orderly parking and smooth traffic flow.
Move cars from one lot to the other, shuttle them back and forth.
Maintain cleanliness and removal of debris, litter, or hazards from parking area.
Assist with snow removal or seasonal upkeep in lot as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina for walking, lifting, and cleaning duties.
Basic knowledge of safety and cleaning equipment.
Reliability and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Combination of indoor cleaning tasks and outdoor lot monitoring.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
