Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Alignment Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments and related diagnostics to ensure optimal vehicle handling, safety, and performance. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles, including front-end, four-wheel, and specialized alignment procedures.
- Utilize advanced alignment equipment and schematics to diagnose and correct suspension and steering issues.
- Perform Suspension and Brake Repair Services.
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify underlying mechanical or electrical problems affecting vehicle alignment or handling.
- Inspect and service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components to ensure proper calibration after repairs or replacements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs related to suspension, steering, or chassis components.
- Read and interpret automotive schematics, technical manuals, and repair guides for accurate diagnosis and repair procedures.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as powertrain repairs, transmission servicing, diesel engine repairs, and electrical system troubleshooting as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
- Grow into additional Repair and Maintenance Service opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive service technician background with a focus on alignments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components.
- Experience working with ADAS technology, schematics reading, and automotive diagnostics tools.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair machinery.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diesel engine repair is advantageous.
- Service technician experience with auto estimating software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
- Must have own tools such as wrenches, sockets, measurement devices, etc.
- Ability to work some Saturday's.

Pay: $17.50 - $28.00 per hour
