The Mandate
Own end-to-end Filevine migrations for 3-5 clients monthly while providing Tier 2 IT support between projects. You're responsible for making every migration feel effortless while building our migration playbook for scale.
What You'll Actually Do
Migration Excellence (60-80%)
- Architect data transformations from legacy systems → Filevine
- Build custom ETL pipelines and validation frameworks
- Turn messy databases into pristine, normalized structures
- Create migration runbooks that become company IP
IT Support & Innovation (20-40%)
- Provide Tier 2 support that prevents Tier 3 escalations
- Automate repetitive IT tasks before they become tickets
- Document solutions that scale across the client base
