Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us grow our client base and deepen our presence in key markets.

This is a full-time, remote role. You’ll:

• Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach and market research
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in our core verticals
• Engage with decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and calls to set high-quality discovery meetings
• Nurture relationships over time, not just chase quick wins
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach campaigns, messaging, and growth experiments
• Track activities and opportunities in our CRM and provide regular feedback on what’s working (and what isn’t)

This role is a good fit if you like structured outreach, clear goals, and working closely with a small, experienced team.

• Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Variable compensation: Bonus/commission for each closed sale you help generate

• Experience with lead generation and market research (ideally in B2B)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable reaching out to and following up with decision-makers
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline
• Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
• Experience in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have relevant experience
