Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and care
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including assembling food items and managing inventory levels
Skills
- Prior restaurant experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a restaurant setting
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
