Wholesale Delivery Driver/Team Member
Seasonal | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Start Date: ASAP
Do you enjoy being on the road, staying active, and working with a team in a hands-on environment? Join our wholesale team in a delivery-focused role where you’ll play a key part in getting quality plants to our customers every day.
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys a mix of independent driving and team collaboration. This role is primarily focused on early mornings and daily deliveries, while also supporting the team in the yard when needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely and efficiently deliver plant orders to our wholesale customers each day
- Load your truck each day, ensuring orders are accurate and secure for transport
- Communicate with the team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Help pull and prepare plant orders as needed on the farm
- Assist with plant care, including watering and general upkeep, when not on deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work environment
- Represent our company professionally while interacting with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving regularly and managing delivery routes
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Flexible and willing to jump in and help the team when needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Nursery or plant experience is a bonus — but not required
