Job Title: Entry Level Recruiter (Professional, Engineering/IT)

Location: Tampa, FL (**Oldsmar, FL**) – Fully Onsite

Salary: $39,000 Base Salary Commission Bonuses

***No prior industry experience is required as we offer paid training***

What we offer:

• Base Salary - $39k starting base
• Uncapped commission plan - Your skill and work effort directly impact your income and your advancement! Receive up to 10% of the gross profit you generate.
• Annual uncapped bonus – Further reward your efforts. Our five-tier bonus structure is designed to provide up to an additional 20% payout on your annual commissions.

Year 1 total compensation- $55 - $70k realistic

Year 2 total compensation - $100k realistic

As a Recruiter for Bentley Global, you will be contacting industry professionals and representing them on our client’s job requirements. You will review and understand the client’s needs, evaluate candidate strengths, act as an interview coach, negotiate wages, and extend offers. You'll be working on a combination of Professional & Engineering/IT roles.
